"To have a new result, we have to do things differently!" This phrase, although common, invites us to reflect on our actions and seek change when the results are not as expected.
Personal reinvention does not imply a radical transformation overnight. It's the small steps we take that lead us to big changes.
The problem of passivity
Often, we want immediate and effortless results. We see the success of others and wonder why the same doesn't happen to us. However, if we reflect on our own actions, we will discover that the key lies in trying new paths and making different decisions.
An example of learning
Recently, I launched an email campaign to invite a group of people to a new Mastermind. Despite our confidence in the message, responses were slow at first.
This reminded me that people act for their own reasons, not ours. Not everyone has the time or priority to read an email immediately.
Analyzing the campaign, I realized that we had forgotten to personalize the emails. A mistake that can make all the difference! Reading or hearing our name creates an emotional connection and makes the message more personal.
I decided to contact each person individually to ask if they had received the email and if they had any questions. Although it took time, this different action sparked the interest of several and allowed me to be present in their minds.
Lessons learned
People act for their own reasons, not yours.
In sales, it's not personal, it's the way you deliver the message.
If you give up without trying something new, you miss opportunities.
Learning from these paths supports your personal reinvention.
If you want different results, you must be willing to do things differently. It's not always easy, but with awareness, mindfulness, and a desire to learn, you will find the path to transformation.
And you... What are you going to do differently?
